Cancellation Policy

Services provided via video chat, phone, or in-person. Eclipsa Wellness Booking & Cancellation Policy Healing thrives in consistency. Thank you for honoring our time together. ✦ Booking Sessions are reserved in advance via our online calendar. Choose what fits your rhythm best — single sessions or part of a coaching package. Email us if you need help finding a time. ✦ Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens — we get it. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full, unless it’s an emergency. You may reschedule up to 2 times per month within your coaching timeframe. ✦ No-Shows Missing your session without notice is considered a no-show and will be charged. After 2 no-shows, we’ll pause your coaching until we reconnect and realign. ✦ Running Late? We’ll honor the time that remains, but can’t extend sessions past your scheduled time. Arriving 10+ minutes late without notice will be marked as a no-show. ✦ Packages & Memberships Use your sessions within the agreed window (usually 3–6 months). Unused sessions expire unless prior arrangements are made. Let us know if you need to pause — we're flexible with care. ✦ Refunds No refunds for missed or completed sessions. Not loving your experience? Reach out. We want to make it right. ✦ Emergencies For illness, loss, or life emergencies, we’ll waive one late cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
